The unemployment rate in the U.S. continues to climb as more and more American jobs our outsourced to the third world.</div> <bR> <div> Here is what I would recommend that we do about this problem:  </div> <bR> <div> 1.  Form duty boards with seats available to any firm that manufactures or produces a product that is produced with 100% U.S. materials and labor.  These boards could established the amount of duty to be imposed on any imported product that they have to compete with.  They, the U.S. producers would keep one half of the duty collected and turn the other half over to the United States Government.</div> <bR> <div> This would produce several things; it would lower the cost of government on Americans.  It would make it profitable to produce things for the U.S. market that were made from scratch in the United States.  That means produced entirely from native U.S. materials, transported by U.S. transportation companies (with no foreign employees in any capacity, even a janitor), processed in the United States by companies with no foreign affiliates, holdings, or associations, by American workers who were natural born citizens of the United States of America.  Transported to market by U.S. transportation companies and sold in stores that sold only products that carried only 100% U.S. brands.</div> <div> Stores that sold any product that was not of 100% U.S. origin would have to charge a 100% sales tax which would go half to the government and half to competing stores that sold only 100% U.S. goods.</div> <bR> <div> Do these simple things and watch our trade deficit disappear.  No Native U.S. firm that had a facility outside the United States would qualify for duty sharing.  Exceptions would be made only for companies using or selling products not native to the United States in quantities sufficient to meet the U.S. demand, for example; bananas. </div> <bR> <div> Make American the official language of the United States.  American being similar to English but certain words are different and American is not spoken with any accent.  Any person overheard speaking a foreign language in public would be subject to deportation.  If they had become naturalized U.S. citizens they would have their citizenship revoked and be stripped of all assets before deportation.  Any person who could not converse fluently in American without an accent should not be allowed to remain in the United States.  If challenged by any natural born citizen of the United States there would be a hearing called and if the accused could not demonstrate fluent American language they would be stripped of assets, naturalization papers and deported.</div> <bR> <div> There would be full employment in the United States if U.S. workers manufactured everything that is sold in the United States. We would not need to import anything but bananas and coffee.  We would not need to export anything because American industry would be kept very busy just filling the U.S. demand.</div> <bR> <div> As for sealing our boarders, that is not necessary.  All that need be done is to make the penalty for being caught in the United States without proper papers so severe that no one would even consider illegal entry as an option.  There are any number of severe penalties that could accomplish this.  Any employer caught employing any person not a natural born citizen of the United States or a naturalized citizen who could speak American without any hint of any foreign accent would be guilty of a felony and the employing official of that firm would be dealt sever punishment.</div> <bR> <div> A liberal bounty should be offered to any natural born U.S. citizen who reported an alien amongst us.  </div> <bR> <div> All foreign relationships should be terminated.  All U.S. military personnel should be withdrawn from around the world then eventually deactivated.   We should amend the Constitution of the United States to prohibit any member of the armed forces of the United States from performing any official act outside the 200 mile limit of the United States.  The United States should have no relationship with any individual, especially members of the armed forces.  When the United States needs military personnel for any task they should levy the individual States to provide that military force.  If the United States needs an army for something they should call up the third Virginia of the 15th California or whatever.  These state Guard units would be recruited, trained, equipped and paid by their state.</div> <bR> <div> The United States could maintain a new branch of NASA to launch satellites capable of reducing the population of the largest nation on earth to zero in less than one hour.  Other than that if the United States were invaded the state guard could handle it.  There could be some system where inland states like Kansas could assist vulnerable states like Florida with personnel and equipment to help defend their borders.  </div> <bR> <div> We should close all U.S. embassy’s around the world.  We have no business outside the United States.</div> <div>  </div> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> <bR> </td> </tr></table></body>
